STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Smart Exon Network Installation (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, whether online via our website www.seniuae.com (“Website”) or offline through our in-person engagements. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Definitions
    1. Customer/You/Your: Any individual or entity using our services or purchasing our products.
    2. Services: ELV system design, supply, installation, commissioning, and support.
    3. Products: Hardware or software sold via our online or offline channels.
    4. Customized Solutions: Tailor-made ELV offerings specific to client requirements.
  3. Scope of Services we provide
    1. Sale of ELV-related products.
    2. On-site and remote consultation for ELV solutions.
    3. Installation and maintenance services.
    4. Customized systems design for residential, commercial, or industrial use.
  5. Orders and Payments
    1. All product prices are in AED and inclusive of applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.
    2. Orders placed online are subject to availability and confirmation.
    3. Offline/customized solutions require an initial consultation and may require a deposit.
    4. Payments may be made through secure online gateways, bank transfers, or cash (for offline engagements).
    5. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., fraudulent activity, pricing errors).
  7. Delivery and Installation
    1. Standard product delivery is within 2–5 business days in the UAE.
    2. For customized or project-based installations, timelines will be outlined in a separate agreement or project scope.
    3. All deliveries are made during UAE working hours (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM– 5 PM).
    4. Customer is responsible for ensuring site readiness for installation services.
  9. Cancellations and Refunds
    1. Standard product orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet dispatched.
    2. Customized solutions or project-based services are not eligible for cancellation or full refund once work has commenced or materials procured.
    3. Refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days via original payment method.
  11. Warranty and Liability
    1. Products are covered under manufacturer warranty as specified at purchase.
    2. Services provided are guaranteed for workmanship for a period of 6 months unless otherwise agreed.
    3. We are not liable for:
      1. Third-party equipment malfunctions.
      2. Damages due to misuse, improper installation by others, or failure to maintain.
  13. Privacy and Data Use
    1. Your data is handled protected using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data for transaction processing, support, and future communication.
  15. Intellectual Property
    1. All content on our website (texts, logos, visuals, etc.) is the property of Smart Exon Network Installation and Unauthorized use is prohibited.
  17. Amendments
    1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our Website with an updated “Effective Date”
